The staple Jazz Fusion album was recorded at the infamous Electric Lady Studio, where tracks like Stratus, Red Baron, and Le Lis were crafted in one to two takes. Side artists include Tommy Bolin, John Tropea on guitar, Jan Hammer on keyboards, and Lee Sklar on bass.
