Celebrated Glasgow-based singer and songwriter kitti has announced her euphoric, soul-stirring new single Maybe. Out 25 September, its the first track to be taken from her highly-anticipated debut album Somethin In The Water which is set for release on 15 November on Rebeccas Records.

Driven by the gorgeous, uplifting sound of a full band complete with horns and strings, Maybe puts kittis extraordinary vocals front and centre. She delivers a soaring jazz-blues meditation on unrequited love, in a similar vein to the empowering feminist stylings of Erykah Badu, Amy Winehouse or Chaka Khan.

Somethin In The Water is the culmination of kittis musical journey to date and reflects her reputation as one of Scotlands most exciting jazz performers, with her accolades including Best Vocalist at the Scottish Jazz Awards in 2022 and 2020, and Best Breakthrough at Scottish Music Awards 2020.
