Josie is Copenhagens newest pop group, formed in 2023 and consisting of four friends Charlotte, Dawn, Martin and Anton. Originally a trio, they recorded an early demo before Anton joined on drums, solidifying their lineup and setting the stage for their debut album. Their debut album, A Life on Sweets Alone, is set to be released on the legendary K Records and Perennial, delivering a raw and infectious mix of jangle, wistfulness and attitude. Josie blends poetic yet relatable lyrics with a rough-edged pop-punk sensibility.
