Gumption is Your Friend’s second studio album, originally released in 2016. The alias of Lawrence, Kansas-based singer/songwriter Taryn Blake Miller, Your Friend began as a one-woman show, with Miller working out her enigmatic songs in a live setting via her atmospheric guitar work and soaring voice.

Gumption is Your Friend’s best body of work to date, with many fan favourite songs on the album such as “Heathering” and “Come Back From It”. This album offers a listening experience like no other with her iconic style of ethereal indie rock.
