Melbourne singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Merryn Jean, whose Feist-esque sonic pallette spans folk, pop, and more, worked on her first full-length album with renowned producer Rob Ellis, bringing her impassioned vocals and enigmatic lyrics to the fore. The album saw the multi-disciplinary artist also collaborate with artists such as Christelle Canot of Confuse, Portishead’s Jim Barr, and LYR’s Patrick J. Pearson.
